An urban renewal project established in the Weizmann / Izzy Shapira complex, this is the first evacuation of construction in Ra’anana. This is a complex of 4 buildings built in place of old buildings that were destroyed. The unique location overlooks the new Neve Zemer neighborhood on one side, and the other overlooks an open green landscape and the center of Ra’anana from above.
The buildings’ beautiful design, green environment, and proximity to new commercial centers make the complex central and in demand.
